1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all products and services made available by fff999 through the website https://fff999.best and any associated app or platform. 2 Eligibility and Registration

To create and use an account at the fff999, the user must:

Failure to submit the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension and withdrawal holds until verification is complete.

3 User Account

3.1 Single account

Each individual may only maintain one active account at fff999. Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses, CPFs, or contact details is strictly prohibited. Opening duplicate accounts — even with the intent of claiming more than one welcome bonus — is considered abuse and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any balances or winnings obtained.

3.2 Account security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) secure. The fff999 recommends using strong, unique passwords and enables two-factor authentication where available. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must notify support immediately.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and throughout the use of the platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The use of false information, third-party names, or altered documents is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any right to a balance refund.

4 Deposits

The fff999 reserves the right to refuse suspicious deposits, request additional proof of funds, or return amounts if it identifies signs of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at fff999 are processed exclusively via Pix to the bank account registered under the account holder's profile. Approved withdrawals are processed within minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

5.1 Withdrawal conditions

• The user must have completed identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal;
• The balance available for withdrawal must consist exclusively of your own deposits and betting winnings — bonus balances subject to a rollover cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met;
• VIP cashback can be withdrawn immediately, with no rollover requirement;
• Minimum withdrawals: R$ 20.00 per transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal holds

The fff999 may place a withdrawal on hold in the following situations: incomplete verification documentation; suspected fraudulent activity; a bet pending outcome review; or compliance with a legal obligation. In all cases, support will notify the user of the reason and the expected resolution timeframe.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by fff999 are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus specifies its wagering requirement (rollover), expiration date, and eligible games for meeting the rollover;
• The welcome bonus is available to new registrations only and may be used once per CPF, residential address, and device;
• Bets on live casino games and poker generally contribute at a reduced percentage toward rollover completion — check the conditions of each bonus;
• The fff999 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated withdrawals if it identifies abusive behaviour, such as intentional low-risk betting to meet rollover requirements (e.g., betting both sides of a market simultaneously);
• Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the balance without compensation;
• VIP Program cashback has no rollover and can be withdrawn or wagered freely.

7 Sports Betting

The Sports Betting section of fff999 covers Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, NBB, NBA, UFC, e-sports, and over 40 sports disciplines, both live and pre-match.

7.1 Bet confirmation

A bet is considered valid and binding the moment the system displays the confirmation on screen. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cashout feature is available and active for that market.

7.2 Odds errors

The fff999 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds of 50.00 for a clear favorite. In such cases, the staked amount is fully refunded to the user's balance. fff999 will make every effort to identify and correct errors promptly, but accepts no liability for losses arising from bets placed at incorrect odds that have already been settled.

7.3 Suspended or Cancelled Events

• If an event is suspended before reaching the minimum valid time defined for each sport, all bets placed on that event will be refunded;
• If an event is postponed and does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, pre-match bets are refunded;
• Bets on partial markets (e.g., first half) that were already settled before the suspension are kept with the recorded result.

7.4 Cashout

Cashout — the partial or full early settlement of a bet — is available on most live markets. The cashout value is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original stake. fff999 may temporarily suspend cashout during periods of high result volatility.

8 Casino Games

The casino games available at the fff999 — including slots, crash games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, and live casino — are provided by licensed software providers and use certified random number generators (RNG).

• The Return to Player (RTP) for each game is set by the provider and is available in the game information section;
• Fff999 does not interfere with game outcomes — the algorithms are the sole responsibility of certified providers;
• If a technical failure occurs during a round, the bet in progress may be cancelled and the amount returned to the balance;
• Progressive jackpots are accumulated in accordance with each game provider's rules and paid out under the specific jackpot terms.

• Accumulated points never expire and achieved levels are never downgraded;
• VIP cashback is calculated every Monday based on the total amount wagered in the previous week and is automatically credited to your available balance, with no rollover requirement;
• Fff999 reserves the right to adjust cashback rates and points requirements with 30 days' prior notice to affected members.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the fff999:

1. Creating more than one account per CPF or using someone else's personal details to open an account;
2. Using automation software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets automatically;
3. Exploiting bugs or technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
4. Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts to meet a bonus rollover;
5. Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful activity;
6. Threatening, harassing, or intimidating other players or support team members;
7. Reselling or transferring account balance to third parties;
8. Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or fff999's internal systems.

Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, balance cancellation, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

11 Account Closure

11.1 Account Closure by the User

Users may request account closure at any time through the support chat. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled as normal and the available balance can be withdrawn via Pix. Active bonuses with an unfulfilled rollover will be cancelled without a refund.

11.2 Closure by fff999

The fff999 may close or suspend an account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms. In cases of proven fraud or money laundering, any retained balance may be used to cover damages to the platform or handed over to the relevant authorities. In cases of closure for technical or business reasons through no fault of the user, the available balance will be fully refunded via Pix.

12 Privacy and LGPD

13 Limitation of Liability

• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or uncontrolled technical failures;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's own negligence (weak password, sharing credentials, etc.);
• Decisions on the outcomes of sporting events, games, or bets that are outside fff999's control.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the fff999 toward an individual user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the past 12 months.

14 Responsible Gambling

The fff999 believes that gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. The platform makes the following responsible gambling tools available in any account dashboard:

• Weekly deposit limit — sets a cap on deposits within a given period;
• Loss limit — automatically ends the session when the set limit is reached;

15 Changes to the Terms
